Housekeeping excellence is recognized as key to success or failure. Our standards require excellence, nothing else is ever good enough. After the owner or a guest completes their stay, Housekeeping, Inspection and Management staff ensures the cleanliness of each home. We inspect the cleaning and preparation to ensure that standards of excellence are met. Management and maintenance staff routinely perform documented inspections of each property as well, including preventive maintenance, i.e. filter change, etc. and necessary repairs completed in a timely manner. We also have staff available to assist with major renovation, decorating or upgrade projects.
