Guests can sit dine at the beautiful granite breakfast bar or relax there as the cook creates family favorites.  The Family room is large, with one entire wall of windows, sliding glass doors to the patio, an entertainment center and a natural gas FIREPLACE. The tiled living room is furnished with a comfortable, queen size sleeper sofa, chaise and a pair of oversized chairs. The room has been dressed with an attractive rug, rich fabrics, television over the beautiful gas fireplace and accented with a sophisticated palm motif. The formal dining room is beautiful and spacious. With room for eight, the dining room is the perfect spot for family meals.
 
There are two Master suites, both have private bathrooms and beach views. The master on the south has a wall of windows with a great view of the aquamarine Gulf of Mexico. The private retreat is intimate and relaxing. The passionate colors of the tropical setting sun provided the inspiration for the decor. The bath is spa like, with the gigantic tub, oversized glass wall shower, double vanity, separate large makeup vanity, private commode and enormous walk in closet.
 
In addition to two master suites, there are two additional bedrooms. The floorplans at En Soleil create a superb roommate plan. The spacious bedrooms are far enough away from one another to ensure privacy. The second suite has a large window facing north through tropical palms with another beautiful view. The third bedroom is furnished with a dramatic, queen size bed and television. The fourth bedroom is perfect for children. It is furnished with a hardwood trundle, twin over queen, a dresser and also has cable televion. There are three full baths. There is a television in every bedroom and the unit has wifi.
 
The condo has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, storage space and a mudroom style sink. This is is a perfect spot for rinsing and storing picnic and beach gear from one day to the next.
