You can enjoy the view, in air-conditioned comfort, from every corner of the living room, dining room and kitchen since the entire southern wall is glass.
   One of the most special features of "Pelican View" may be best enjoyed mornings or early evening from the large, furnished balcony. That is when flocks of regal pelicans glide by starting their day or returning for the evening.
   The balcony is also the perfect platform for sight seeing dolphins, schools of fish or manta rays. Early morning devotionals, daily sunsets and romantic nights when 1000s of stars and the moon glisten in the dark and reflect off the tropical water below.
   Fully stocked kitchen, dining room and alfresco dining on the balcony make meal preparation and service a pleasure. Since Gulf Crest is less than two miles from Capt. Anderson's Marina and Grand Lagoon, there is never a shortage of fresh Gulf Shrimp and other straight off the boat seafood available. Of course you could prepare fresh salmon, red snapper or even good cheese burgers on one of the available beachside grills.
   Both of the bedrooms are furnished with a king size bed, overhead and task lighting, ceiling fan and a flat screen television. The master suite has an attached, en-suite, bath and private access to the balcony. The second full bath is convenient to the 2nd bedroom. Tweens and teens alike enjoy the unique bunkbeds and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
   Amenities include: gated community, reserved parking in the parking garage, 2 beach side pools, one is seasonally heated, a kiddie pool, two hot tubs, an aerobics and nautilus workout room, wifi at the pool, a tiki bar with beverages and light meals, a great location with dining, recreation and shopping venues within walking distance. You might even leave the car in the garage since Hammer Head Fred's, Subway, Mexican, Wendy's  etc. are a short walk from Pelican's View.  Although it's not available to everyone, our guests do have access to complimentary, daily beach service (2 lounge chairs and a beach umbrella).
