The Friendly Flamingo at Edgewater Beach Resort is a beautiful, contemporary beach front oasis on the 7th floor of Tower Three. Attention to detail is evident in this newly remodeled beach front oasis. The Friendly Flamingo provides spacious and comfortable accommodations for one to six people.  
  Guests have access to all of the great Edgewater Beach Resort amenities. You can enjoy any or all of the 11 swimming pools or 4 hot tubs, hire a masseuse, have your hair done, the Oceans Bar and Grill by the Lagoon Pool will serve you an elegant dinner or provide room service to The Friendly Flamingo. For more casual dining you can have the onsite Paradise Pizza deliver pizza or sandwiches and ice cream from Edgie's Corner Market. In addition to the Friendly Flamingo's own private balcony you may also enjoy live music and a romantic evening stroll around the Lagoon. When the sun goes down, the lights come on and the lagoon is alive.
  More active guests may wish to hire a Tennis Pro and find love on the plexi-cushion tennis courts, shoot some hoops in the indoor gym, play on one of the three Pickle Ball courts, challenge someone to a game on one of the 10 Shuffle Board courts, join an aerobics class or T-off on the professionally designed 9 hole, 3 par golf course. Most of these activities may be reserved and scheduled. There's even a tram to get you from one of the fun filled venues to the next. Edgewater is a large, gated resort with full time security.
  There is so much to do when you're a guest staying in The Friendly Flamingo but the beach is always the main event. Edgewater's large beach front with venues including: para-sail, volley ball, jet-ski, children's splash pad and more everyone can have lots of fun. If this is your first time or if you are one of the PCB regulars, you will most likely agree with PCBs two well deserved tag lines, "the real fun beach" and "the world's most beautiful beach". With the warm, crystal clear aquamarine Gulf water, clear skies and the sugar white sand it's simply wonderful! Panama City beach is 27 miles of beauty and fun; the Friendly Flamingo is in the center of it all.
  The Friendly Flamingo is a thoughtful, nicely appointed condo offering amenities, beauty and comfort. Features including natural stone floors, granite counter tops, ceramic vessel lavatories, wall mounted HDTVs, open kitchen with nice stainless steel appliances, beautiful new furniture, wet bar and a comfortably furnished gulf front balcony with a spectacular awe inspiring view morning, noon or night.
  The living room is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa and two matching swivel chairs upholstered in a beautiful marine motif. With floor to ceiling glass spanning the entire south end of the condo, it's possible to sit in air conditioned luxury listening to some of your favorite music (variety available) and drift away into the awe inspiring scenery that stretches out for miles to the horizon.  In addition to the contemporary dining table, there are four ample bar stools available at the breakfast bar.  With room for everyone, no one is left standing or relegated to the sofa for meals in The Friendly Flamingo.
   The guest room is furnished with a pair of full size bunk beds. The contemporary pewter set is attractive and comfortable for people of all ages. The 2nd full bathroom serves this bedroom with entry from the hall. The bedroom has overhead and task lighting, HDTV and ample storage space.
   The master bedroom is private and serene with a full size, shower and tub combination en suite bathroom, overhead and task lighting, a window providing natural light, wall mounted HDTV.
   All the convenience you would expect from a nice beach rental are here including: WIFI, automatic ice maker, blow dryer, dishwasher, television in both bedrooms and the living room, washer and dryer, etc.
  The Friendly Flamingo is close to Goofy Golf, The County Pier, Shipwreck Island, Gulf World Marine Park and Zoo World.  It's across the street from the Fire Fly Restaurant, Montego Bay Seafood Restaurant and Rocket Lanes, a black light bowling alley.  It's also only minutes away from Pier Park, Grand Lagoon and the award winning St. Andrews State Park with gator pond, picnic grounds, bird sanctuary, two deep sea fishing piers, hiking trails, nature museum and more exciting things to do.
