Since most of the properties require that all guests have pool tags to use the common areas of the resort, it is essential that we know exactly how many people are in every party. That is the only way we may be sure that the correct number of pool tags are available for each visit.
No, we have a welcome center at 6104 Thomas Drive where all guests are greeted and provided everything needed to gain access to the resort and to the vacation rental they have reserved.
Yes, in addition to the current “no contact check in policy” all of our employees have had the covid vaccine and wear masks. In addition to cleaning with CDC approved products, every rental property has been disinfected with CDC approved products.
Yes we are pleased to offer pet friendly properties. The listing will indicate when the property is approvide for pet visits and the fee should also be published with the listing. If you are looking for pet friendly units and don’t see them, please inquire. We are happy to help.
Yes, Door Dash is one of the most popular courier services available. You can also have groceries and sundries delivered from Publix, Winn Dixie and Walmart.
With the popularity of Panama City Beach contantly rising, parking challenges have risen. With so many people coming and so many of the parties coming in multiple vehicles, available parking spaces may be hard to find. Some of our properties, offer at least one reserved parking space per unit. Additional vehicles may have to park in the resort’s overflow lots, typically found across the street from the main parking lot. Parking passes are required and cars are subject to booting and or towing if parked without one. Parking is not free but is complimentary with the rental of many of our units. Some of the resorts prohibit anyone, including owners from having more than 2 vehicles parked at the resort at one time. When reservations are made, we inquire about guests expecations and provide information about resort rules. If you are not sure, please ask us. We are not responsible for vehicles and will do everything we can to help prevent a problem.
All of our properties are non-smoking units. Most of the resorts prohibit smoking anywhere on the property.
We check with every guest within 4 hours of arrival asking if you are 100% satisfied with the accommodation. We want everyone to have a great vacation. We do maintain an office and staff on the beach. Every guest is given a telephone number that is monitored by our staff, 24 hours a day seven days a week, in addition to the available email contact.
